Abstract Objective Developmental and epileptic encephalopathies (DEEs) are characterized by drug‐resistant seizures and developmental slowing/regression. We examined the efficacy and tolerability of fenfluramine (FFA) in pediatric and adult patients with Lennox–Gastaut syndrome (LGS), Dravet syndrome (DS), and other DEEs.

Performance Evaluation of the VISITECT CD4 Lateral Flow Point‐Of‐Care Assay for Identifying Advanced HIV Disease

The VISITECT CD4 lateral flow assay (LFA) was evaluated for identifying advanced HIV disease (CD4 ≤ 200 cells/μL) during routine programmatic implementation in Argentina. The assay showed 100% sensitivity, while specificity improved after observer training, reflecting reduced reader‐dependent variability.
