ChemistrySelect, Volume 8, Issue 45, December 5, 2023., 2023 3,5‐Dichloro‐4H‐1,2,6‐thiadiazine‐4‐thione was prepared by thionation of 3,5‐dichloro‐4H‐1,2,6‐thiadiazine‐4‐one. The chemistry of this thione was briefly investigated under thermal conditions and treatment with carbon nucleophiles, dienes and triphenylphosphine. The structures of several new products is supported by X‐ray crystallography.
