In vivo IL‐10 produced by tissue‐resident tolDC is involved in maintaining/inducing tolerance. Depending on the agent used for ex vivo tolDC generation, cells acquire common features but prime T cells towards anergy, FOXP3+ Tregs, or Tr1 cells according to the levels of IL‐10 produced. Ex vivo‐induced tolDC were administered to patients to re‐establish/

Stellar activity on the lower main sequence in Praesepe
An αΩ dynamo is considered responsible for magnetic activity in late K/early M main sequence stars, which is expected to be enhanced in later types as the surface convection zone deepens. At about spectral type M3, where the star presumably becomes fully

Suzaku Detection of an Intense X-Ray Flare from an A-Type Star, HD161084 [PDF]
We report on a serendipitous detection of an intense X-ray flare from the Tycho reference source on HD 161084 during a Suzaku observation of the galactic center region for 20 ks.

FoxO1 signaling in B cell malignancies and its therapeutic targeting
FoxO1 has context‐specific tumor suppressor or oncogenic character in myeloid and B cell malignancies. This includes tumor‐promoting properties such as stemness maintenance and DNA damage tolerance in acute leukemias, or regulation of cell proliferation and survival, or migration in mature B cell malignancies.

Metabolic dysfunction‐associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) affects nearly one‐third of the global population and poses a significant risk of progression to cirrhosis or liver cancer. Here, we discuss the roles of hepatic dendritic cell subtypes in MASLD, highlighting their distinct contributions to disease initiation and progression, and their ...

4FGL J1318.2+6754: A Long Orbital-period Redback Candidate
By combining the Fermi catalog and the single-lined spectroscopic binaries of Gaia Data Release 3 (DR3), we report a new candidate redback millisecond pulsar binary, which is recommended as a target for radio telescopes to detect pulsed signals.

The K supergiant runaway star HD 137071 [PDF]
Very few examples are known of red supergiant runaways, all of them descending from the more massive O-type precursors, but none from the lower mass B-type precursors, although runaway statistics among B-type stars suggest that K-type runaways must be relatively numerous. We study HD 137071, a star that has been considered so far as a normal K-type red

Insights into PI3K/AKT signaling in B cell development and chronic lymphocytic leukemia
This Review explores how the phosphoinositide 3‐kinase and protein kinase B pathway shapes B cell development and drives chronic lymphocytic leukemia, a common blood cancer. It examines how signaling levels affect disease progression, addresses treatment challenges, and introduces novel experimental strategies to improve therapies and patient outcomes.

Time-series spectroscopy of the pulsating eclipsing binary XX Cephei
Oscillating Algol-type eclipsing binaries (oEA) are very interesting objects that have three observational features of eclipse, pulsation, and mass transfer.
