Henry’s Law Constant─A General-Purpose Fragment Model to Predict Log Kaw from Molecular Structure

Environmental Science & Technology, 2022
Henry's law constant is important for assessing the environmental fate of organic compounds, including polar accumulation, indoor contamination, and the impact of airborne predominance on persistence. Moreover, it can be used in the context of alternative 3R bioassays to inform about the compound loss through volatilization as a confounding factor. For

Conservation Laws of the Self-adjoint K(m,n) Equation with Generalized Evolution Term

AIP Conference Proceedings, 2011
In this paper, we consider the K(m,n) equation with generalized evolution term which is of considerable interest in mathematical physics. We determine the subclass of equations which are self‐adjoint. By using a general theorem on conservation laws proved in [7, 8] conservation laws for the K(m,n) equation are presented.

Generalized Solutions of Galileo-Invariant Thermodynamically Consistent Conservation Laws, Constructed Using Ideas of Fundamental Works by S. K. Godunov

2020
The analysis of Galileo-invariant thermodynamically consistent conservation laws admitting a class of generalized solutions is performed. The main feature of generalized solutions considered in the article is the description of total pressure losses accompanying dynamic process of heat supply.
