In 2016, a potter's workshop was probably discovered in the center of Prešov. A large amount of pottery and tiles come from the place.The presence of the workshop is a significant finding on its own, but the unique motifs on the front of the tile chambers adds to the meaning.

This text deals with stove tiles with so called Hussite and Reformation motifs in the Czech lands. These tiles are an example of Gothic and Renaissance tiles . The collection of fragments presented in this thesis was found mainly in localities in Bohemia. Only two examples from Moravia have been documented.

In my thesis I explained and compared iconography and technological changes of stove tiles collection. This collection of Gothic and Renaissance stove tiles comes from Čelakovice region - Jirny, Opočno nad Jizerou, Čelákovice and Stará Boleslav. The whole collection is placed in Čelakovice museum.
