The procedure extends a previously proposed assessment methodology for determining the hierarchy of strengths and the sequence of events in symmetrically reinforced planar b–c joints.

In comparison to the sham group, IL‑1β and TNF‐α levels in spinal cord and cortex tissues were higher, while IL‑10 and TGF‐β levels were lower. Neocuproine/Trolox treatments reduced proinflammatory cytokine levels and elevated anti‐inflammatory cytokine levels in CCI rats on day 14.
