Factors Affecting Bread Wastage by Householdsin Kahramanmaras
2019The aim of the study is to find out the factors that affect the bread wastage by consumers in Kahramanmaras. Main material of this study is the survey data obtained from the questionnaires that were performed face-to-face with 384 consumers in 2013. Binomial Logit Model is used to estimate the factors affecting the bread wastage.
