A SHORT PROOF FOR THE EXISTENCE OF HAAR MEASURE ON COMMUTATIVE HYPERGROUPS [PDF]
In this short note, we have given a short proof for the existence of the Haar measure on commutative locally compact hypergroups based on functional analysis methods by using Markov-Kakutani fixed point theorem.

Stable matching in large markets with occupational choice
We introduce a model of large many‐to‐one matching markets with occupational choice where each individual can choose which side of the market to belong to. We show that stable matchings exist under mild assumptions; in particular, both complementarities and externalities can be accommodated.

Abstract This paper defines a variety of game theoretic solution concepts in the language of soft set theory. We begin by defining the Nash equilibrium in pure strategies. We assume that the gains of the players are totally ordered and non‐desirable alternatives are absent. Moreover, we introduce the notions of strong and semi‐strong utility. These two

Promoting a reputation for quality
Abstract I model a firm that invests in the quality of its product and influences how that quality is disclosed. The firm can promote its product; at random intervals it can disclose quality for a cost. At low reputations, promotion allows a firm to reestablish itself and the firm invests to take advantage of this.

On the Existence Result for System of Generalized Strong Vector Quasiequilibrium Problems
We introduce a new type of the system of generalized strong vector quasiequilibrium problems with set-valued mappings in real locally convex Hausdorff topological vector spaces.

Economies with rights: Efficiency and inequality
Abstract We consider a scenario where inequality levels originate harmful effects on society. To alleviate this negative externality, we introduce tradable consumption licenses within a general equilibrium framework to obtain efficient outcomes, reduce inequality, and improve social welfare.

An optimization model is developed to solve the deterministic traffic assignment problem under congested transport networks with cost functions that have an asymmetric Jacobian. The proposed formulation is a generalization of Beckmann’s transformation that can incorporate network links with multivariate vector cost functions to capture the asymmetric ...

Existence Results for System of Variational Inequality Problems with Semimonotone Operators
We introduce the system of variational inequality problems for semimonotone operators in reflexive Banach space. Using the Kakutani-Fan-Glicksberg fixed point theorem, we obtain some existence results for system of variational inequality problems for ...

The random Kakutani fixed point theorem in random normed modules
Based on the recently developed theory of random sequential compactness, we prove the random Kakutani fixed point theorem in random normed modules: if G is a random sequentially compact L0-convex subset of a random normed module, then every -stable Tc-upper semicontinuous mapping F:G to 2G such that F(x) is closed and L0-convex for each x in G, has a ...
