Cassava mosaic begomoviruses and DNA satellites are major threats to cassava production. In this study, 55 cassava farmers’ fields in Northern Ghana were randomly assessed for cassava mosaic disease (CMD) incidence, severity, adult whitefly counts, and cassava mosaic begomoviruses.
