Rising temperatures and wetter conditions in the Midcontinent of North America are influencing climate responses in trees. Dendroclimatological analyses of four exotic deciduous conifer species from Secrest Arboretum, Northeast Ohio help identify past, present and future climate‐tree interactions.

Ship‐Based GNSS Tsunami Detection: Pilot Network Demonstration

Abstract We demonstrate the potential for ship‐based GNSS systems to contribute to tsunami warning. We built a pilot network of 10 ships—8 commercial and 2 research vessels—equipped with a tsunami detection package consisting of a geodetic‐grade GNSS antenna and receiver, and satellite internet communications.
