Microscopy Research and Technique, Volume 87, Issue 6, Page 1241-1249, June 2024.Total bacterial counts in water samples applied HOCl and ClO2 at 0th, 1st, 5th, 10th, 20th, and 30th minutes from dental waterlines; counted by dipslide and conventional methods. SEM images before and after disinfectant exposure were examined and it was determined that both disinfectants prevented the biofilm layer at the 30th minute.
