Određivanje tvrdoće i lomne žilavosti silicij karbida [PDF]
U radu je određena ovisnost tvrdoće silicij karbidne keramike o primijenjenom opterećenju. Pri određivanju tvrdoće metodom po Vickersu primijenjena su sljedeća opterećenja: 4, 91 N, 9, 81 N, 29, 43 N, 49, 05 N, 98, 1 N. Rezultati pokazuju da izmjerene vrijednosti tvrdoće značajno ovise o opterećenju.

1998Tanki filmovi silicij karbida, debljina oko 1e-6 m, formirani su magnetronskim izvorom, na staklenoj podlozi i na monokristalu silicija. Spektralna raspodjela koeficijenta apsorpcije u infracrvenom dijelu spektra je određena iz mjerenja transmitivnosti i reflektivnosti, uobičajenim postupcima.
