Suppression of vortex shedding inspired by a low-dimensional model
In this paper, we show by two-dimensional numerical simulation that it is possible to control vortex shedding behind a circular cylinder by inserting two small vortex perturbations in the flow.

WRF 모델을 이용한 Karman Vortex Street의 재현과 위성 패턴 비교 연구
Karman Vortex Street (KVS)는 인공위성 이미지의 구름 패턴에서 쉽게 확인할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 제주도 남부 해역의 KVS에 대해 WRF 모델을 이용하여 재현하고, 이에 가장 적합한 파라미터를 추출한다. WRF 모델의 Planetary Boundary Layer (PLB) 물리과정에 따른 바람자료를 산출하였으며, 이를 이용하여 제주도 남부 해역의 KVS를 재현하였다.
