A relativistic model of the $N$-dimensional singular oscillator

open access: yes, 2006
Exactly solvable $N$-dimensional model of the quantum isotropic singular oscillator in the relativistic configurational $\vec r_N$-space is proposed. It is shown that through the simple substitutions the finite-difference equation for the $N$-dimensional

Coherent States and a Path Integral for the Relativistic Linear Singular Oscillator

open access: yes, 2007
The SU(1,1) coherent states for a relativistic model of the linear singular oscillator are considered. The corresponding partition function is evaluated. The path integral for the transition amplitude between SU(1,1) coherent states is given.

List of Zooplankton Taxa in the Caspian Sea Waters of Iran

open access: yesJournal of Marine Sciences, Volume 2013, Issue 1, 2013., 2013
A total of 61 zooplankton taxa were found in the southwestern Caspian Sea between 1996 and 2010. Thirteen of them were meroplankton taxa and forty‐eight were holoplankton taxa. The occurrence of 14 freshwater taxa indicated the influence of the Anzali wetland and river inflows. The decrease in zooplankton taxa was detected since 1996‐1997 and continued

The Relativistic Linear Singular Oscillator

open access: yes, 2003
Exactly-solvable model of the linear singular oscillator in the relativistic configurational space is considered. We have found wavefunctions and energy spectrum for the model under study.

Laser‐Induced Defects in a Bulk GaAs Used as an Output Coupler in an Nd : YAG Laser Cavity

open access: yesJournal of Atomic and Molecular Physics, Volume 2011, Issue 1, 2011., 2011
By using bulk GaAs as an output coupler as well as a saturable absorber, with changing of concentration of defects inside the laser cavity, Q‐switching of flashlamp‐pumped Nd : YAG laser has been studied. It is shown that the formation of the laser pulses, in a wide range of duration, which were reported in a lot of previous papers is caused by the ...

Linear stability analysis of detonations via numerical computation and dynamic mode decomposition

open access: yes, 2017
We introduce a new method to investigate linear stability of gaseous detonations that is based on an accurate shock-fitting numerical integration of the linearized reactive Euler equations with a subsequent analysis of the computed solution via the ...

Discretized representations of harmonic variables by bilateral Jacobi operators

open access: yesDiscrete Dynamics in Nature and Society, Volume 4, Issue 4, Page 297-308, 2000., 2000
Starting from a discrete Heisenberg algebra we solve several representation problems for a discretized quantum oscillator in a weighted sequence space. The Schrödinger operator for a discrete harmonic oscillator is derived. The representation problem for a q‐oscillator algebra is studied in detail.

Quantum dynamics of a damped deformed oscillator [PDF]

open access: yes, 1999
The interaction of a quantum deformed oscillator with the environment is studied deriving a master equation whose form strongly depends on the type of deformation.Comment: LaTeX file, 6 ...

Identifying the Inverse Force Problem for the Beam Equation With Boundary Conditions at a Single Point in Space or Time

open access: yesJournal of Applied Mathematics, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
We analyze an inverse force problem that involves identifying a source term in a one‐dimensional fourth‐order beam equation depending on either space or time. Mixed boundary conditions and an overdetermination condition based on a single point in space or time address the problem.
