An Updated Checklist and Narrative Review of Helminth Parasites of Terrestrial and Semiaquatic Carnivorous Mammals in Uzbekistan

This updated checklist synthesizes 120 publications from 1926 to 2024 and documents 74 helminth species in 15 terrestrial and semiaquatic carnivorous mammals of Uzbekistan. The fauna comprises 36 nematodes, 24 cestodes, 9 trematodes and 5 acanthocephalans. Thirty‐seven species have zoonotic relevance.

Seroprevalence of Lumpy Skin Disease and Livestock Owners’ Knowledge, Attitudes and Practices in Selected Districts of Kazakhstan

A cross‐sectional study conducted in 12 districts across four regions of Kazakhstan assessed LSDV seropositivity in cattle and livestock owners’ knowledge, attitudes and practices. Serum samples from 338 cattle were tested by ELISA, and questionnaires were completed by 533 livestock owners. Animal‐level and herd‐level seroprevalence were 23.4% and 18.8%

Cosmic Ray Anisotropy Generated by the June 22nd 2015 Interplanetary Events

Abstract On 22 June 2015, the near Earth interplanetary space was perturbed by a series of high‐speed streamers and interplanetary coronal mass ejections associated with an active region and two low‐latitude coronal holes.
