Thienopyridine urea inhibitors of KDR kinase

Bioorganic and Medicinal Chemistry Letters, 2007
A series of substituted thienopyridine ureas was prepared and evaluated for enzymatic and cellular inhibition of KDR kinase activity. Several of these analogs, such as 2, are potent inhibitors of KDR (

Isoindolinone ureas: a novel class of KDR kinase inhibitors

Bioorganic and Medicinal Chemistry Letters, 2004
A series of substituted isoindolinone ureas was prepared and evaluated for enzymatic and cellular inhibition of KDR kinase activity. Several of these analogs, such as 14c, are potent inhibitors of KDR both enzymatically (< 50 nM) and cellularly < or = 100 nM).

Frequency of kdr Gene in House Fly Field Populations: Correlation of Pyrethroid Resistance and kdr Frequency

Journal of Economic Entomology, 2004
The frequency of the L1014 F kdr mutation was determined in 14 field populations of house flies, Musca domestica L., with resistance factors at LD50 for pyrethrin/piperonyl butoxide and bioresmethrin/piperonyl butoxide from 4 to 29 and 2 to 98, respectively. A polymerase chain reaction test for identifying kdr homo- or heterozygote house flies was used

KDR genetic predictor of toxicities induced by sorafenib and regorafenib

The Pharmacogenomics Journal, 2022
No biomarkers are available to predict toxicities induced by VEGFR TKIs. This study aimed to identify markers of toxicities induced by these drugs using a discovery-validation approach. The discovery set included 140 sorafenib-treated cancer patients (TARGET study) genotyped for SNPs in 56 genes.
