Manajemen dan BisnisTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional dan Kecerdasan Intelektual Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Kantor Pusat PDAM Tirtanadi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 432 orang dan yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 81 pegawai di Kantor Pusat PDAM Tirtanadi.
