Alterations in pre‐defined nine genes were detected in 21 NSCLC patients by multiplex gene analysis. Abstract Background Actionable tumor genomic alterations, primarily EGFR mutations, occur in nearly 70% of Japanese advanced nonsquamous non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients.

Human resources for administrative work to carry out a comprehensive genomic profiling test in Japan
We sent a questionnaire to government‐designated Cancer Genomic Medicine Hospitals in Japan. For every comprehensive genomic profiling (CGP) test, 7.6 h of administrative work was needed, with an estimated labor cost of ¥78,071/test. Streamlining the administrative work for CGP tests and subsidies are necessary for expansion of CGP testing.

We assessed how the choice of bioinformatics algorithm (UCLUST, VSearch, DADA2, and Deblur) impacts the downstream biological conclusions that are drawn from eukaryotic 18S rRNA metabarcoding studies by using a low‐complexity and high‐complexity dataset. ASV algorithms produce more biologically realistic metabarcoding outputs, with DADA2 being the most

Mutation status of stage II‐III Ns‐NSCLC (n = 389) was analyzed using targeted deep sequencing. Patients with an EGFR mutation‐positive status had a significantly shorter recurrence‐free survival (RFS). Both the pathological stage and EGFR mutation status were independent prognostic factors for RFS. Abstract The mutation status of tumor tissue DNA (n =

ρ‐Einstein Solitons on Warped Product Manifolds and Applications
The purpose of this research is to investigate how a ρ‐Einstein soliton structure on a warped product manifold affects its base and fiber factor manifolds. Firstly, the pertinent properties of ρ‐Einstein solitons are provided. Secondly, numerous necessary and sufficient conditions of a ρ‐Einstein soliton warped product manifold to make its factor ρ ...

Some New Results on Trans‐Sasakian Manifolds
In this paper, we classify trans‐Sasakian manifolds which are realized as real hypersurfaces in a complex space form. We also investigate trans‐Sasakian manifolds whose Reeb vector fields are harmonic‐Killing. The above results bring some new characterizations for the property of trans‐Sasakian 3‐manifolds.

On a Classification of Almost C(α)‐Manifolds
In this paper, pseudosymmetric and Ricci pseudosymmetric almost C(α)‐manifold are studied. For an almost C(α)‐manifold, Riemann pseudosymmetric, Riemann Ricci pseudosymmetric, Ricci pseudosymmetric, projective pseudosymmetric, projective Ricci pseudosymmetric, concircular pseudosymmetric, and concircular Ricci pseudosymmetric cases are considered and ...

LP‐Kenmotsu Manifolds Admitting η‐Ricci Solitons and Spacetime
In the present paper, LP‐Kenmotsu manifolds admitting η‐Ricci solitons have been studied. Moreover, some results for η‐Ricci solitons in LP‐Kenmotsu manifolds in the spacetime of general relativity have also been proved. Through a nontrivial example, we have given a proof for the existence of η‐Ricci solitons in a 5‐dimensional LP‐Kenmotsu manifold.
