Nepeta glomerulosa shows moderate genetic diversity with three main clusters and significant admixture, highest in the Alborz Mountains, suggesting it may be the center of origin. High genetic differentiation (Gst = 0.4199) points to limited gene flow and possible self‐pollination, with geographic isolation shaping population structure.

This study detected Mycoplasma haemofelis (34.78%) and Candidatus M. haemominutum (65.21%) in 23% of Iranian cats via PCR.
