High‐content Stimulated Raman Scattering (SRS) Imaging reveals that ovarian cancer cells surviving Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) ‐T cell challenge exhibit increased cholesterol esterification. Pharmacological inhibition of this pathway with Avasimibe significantly enhances CAR‐T induced killing of ovarian cancer cells by reducing cancer cell ...

Telomerase reverse transcriptase (TERT) mRNA induces DNA self‐assembly in cancer cells, boosting the nanoplatform's magnetothermal properties. This magnetothermia then activates the Hsp70 promoter, initiating siRNA synthesis to silence the TERT gene, enhancing cancer treatment.

Boosting Photo‐Pyroelectric Effect via Tunable Polarization and Interfacial Defect Engineering
This study reports Ba(Ti0.85Zr0.15)O3 nanocatalysts with enhanced polarization and oxygen‐vacancy‐rich interfaces for efficient NIR‐II photo‐pyroelectric therapy. Zr doping boosts the pyroelectric coefficient and accelerates polarization switching, while oxygen vacancies improve photothermal conversion and surface reactivity.

Topological AdS/CFT and the Ω deformation
In this note, we define a holographic dual to four-dimensional superconformal field theories formulated on arbitrary Riemannian manifolds equipped with a Killing vector.

Cellular Identity Crisis: RD3 Loss Fuels Plasticity and Immune Silence in Progressive Neuroblastoma
Researchers discovered that therapy‐induced loss of RD3 protein in neuroblastoma triggers a dangerous shift: cancer cells become more stem‐like, invasive, and resistant to treatment while evading immune detection. RD3 loss suppresses antigen presentation and boosts immune checkpoints, creating an immune‐silent environment.

Killing Vector Fields of Invariant Metrics on Five-Dimensional Solvable Lie Groups
In this paper we study the existence of Killing vector fields for right-invariant metrics on five-dimensional Lie groups. We begin by providing some explanation of the classification lists of the low-dimensional Lie algebras.

CSPG4 is identified as a high‐value, stemness‐associated target in HPV‐negative HNSCC. By implementing rational biophysical engineering, a humanized and charge‐optimized CAR is developed to overcome tonic signaling‐induced exhaustion. This strategy induces a profound transcriptomic shift toward a rejuvenated, stem‐like memory state, significantly ...

ZBTB21 is a transcription factor that epigenetically suppresses pyroptosis and MHC‐I antigen presentation, enabling tumor immune evasion. Genetic ablation of ZBTB21 activates pyroptotic cell death and enhances antigen presentation, recruiting CD8+ T cells to overcome immune checkpoint blockade resistance.

Killing vector fields of horizontal Liouville type
On a slit tangent bundle endowed with a Riemannian metric of Sasaki–Finsler type, we introduce two vector fields of horizontal Liouville type and prove that these vector fields are Killing if and only if the base Finsler manifold is of positive constant curvature.
