Record Performance in Vertically Stacked, Solution‐Processed ZTO Schottky Diodes
Schottky diodes based on solution processed sustainable zinc—tin–oxide thin films present an eco‐friendly and versatile alternative to conventional CMOS based technologies. Beyond state‐of‐the‐art performance for vertically stacked solution‐based oxide diodes was achieved, including rectification ratios exceeding nine orders of magnitude, and intrinsic

Lesbian-parented families without legal recognition are subjected to power of the State, which defines who is kin and who is not. This article focuses on the ways in which such families use a range of kinning practices to claim the right for all ...

Laser‐assisted synthesis enables rapid (within 1 h) and high‐yield (≥90%) production of Co‐MOFs with mesoporous structures, tunable magnetic and optical properties, and efficient adsorption of N2, CH4, and CO2 for low‐energy gas separation. DFT calculations elucidate the electronic structure and adsorption behavior.

Kin recognition signals in adult faces
Maloney and Dal Martello [Maloney, L.T., Dal Martello, M.F. (2006). Kin recognition and the perceived facial similarity of children. Journal of Vision, 6(10), 1047-1056. http://www.journalofvision.org/6/10/4/] reported that similarity ratings of pairs of related and unrelated children were almost perfect predictors of the probability that those ...

Shaping Carbon Nitrides for Advanced Macrostructures
This review examines how carbon nitride can be shaped through a range of printing and interfacial assembly methods. By bringing together additive manufacturing and liquid–liquid structuring concepts, carbon nitride is moving beyond its traditional powder‐based photocatalyst form toward digitally designed robust macroscale architectures with high design

KIN-BASED RECOGNITION AND SOCIAL AGGREGATION IN A CILIATE
International audienceAggregative groups entail costs that must be overcome for the evolution of complex social interactions. Understanding the mechanisms that allow aggregations to form and restrict costs of cheating can provide a resolution to the ...

Kin Recognition and Inbreeding Avoidance in a Butterfly
AbstractOwing to the risk of inbreeding depression, the evolution of inbreeding avoidance by means of kin recognition is expected for many biological systems. Nevertheless, an ability to distinguish among relatives and non‐relatives has been only rarely demonstrated, especially so in non‐social organisms.

Information Transmission Strategies for Self‐Organized Robotic Aggregation
In this review, we discuss how information transmission influences the neighbor‐based self‐organized aggregation of swarm robots. We focus specifically on local interactions regarding information transfer and categorize previous studies based on the functions of the information exchanged.
