Enhanced Contribution of Biexciton‐Mediated Decay Kinetics in Perovskite Nanocrystals Via Sequential Ultrafast Excitation

open access: yesENERGY &ENVIRONMENTAL MATERIALS, EarlyView.
Sequential ultrafast excitation is shown to increase the relative kinetic weighting of biexciton‐mediated decay in CsPbBr3 nanocrystals without increasing the total excitation fluence. By temporally structuring excitation within the exciton lifetime, the early‐time fast decay contribution becomes more pronounced while the fitted fast decay constants ...

Transformative, Iterative or Performative? Conceptualising Patterns of Fossil Fuel Phaseout Leadership

open access: yesEnvironmental Policy and Governance, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Global leadership in phasing out fossil fuels is an important new frontier in climate governance, yet remains undertheorised within existing scholarly accounts of climate leadership. In this paper, we argue that ‘phaseout leadership’—climate leadership centred on curtailing fossil fuel supply—is a distinct kind of leadership that dominant ...

Enhancing g‐C3N4 Photocatalytic Activity: K‐Doping and CuO Heterojunction for Selective CO2 Conversion to CH4

open access: yesElectron, EarlyView.
The CuO/K‐g‐C3N4 heterostructure photocatalyst achieves selective CO2 reduction to CH4 (93.03% selectivity) under visible‐light irradiation. K‐doping enhances crystallinity, whereas CuO forms a p‐n heterojunction to promote charge separation and electron transfer.

Synergistic CNT‐Integrated Ni‐Phthalocyanine/g‐C3N4 Heterojunctional Photocatalysts With Single Ni–N4 (II) Sites for Efficient Ammonia Synthesis

open access: yesElectron, EarlyView.
We present a tandem nickel phthalocyanine (NiPc)/CNT‐P&Cu‐BCN photocatalyst, engineered with an organic–organic heterojunction for enhanced nitrogen conversion. This system integrates boron‐doped (B) nitrogen‐deficient (N) carbon nitride (CN), modified via Cu–Cu coordination and phosphorus doping through sodium borohydride‐assisted thermal treatment ...

Programming of deep brain stimulation of the centromedian nucleus of the thalamus for drug‐resistant epilepsy: A meta‐analysis and proposed programming framework

open access: yesEpilepsia, EarlyView.
Abstract Objective Although the centromedian nucleus of the thalamus (CM) is an increasingly considered deep brain stimulation (DBS) target for drug‐resistant epilepsy (DRE), there is significant variability in programming practices, which may contribute to heterogenous outcomes.
