The Dynamical Landscape of the Negative‐Order (3+1)‐Dimensional Calogero–Bogoyavlenskii–Schiff Equation

open access: yesJournal of Mathematics, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
A new negative‐order form of the (3 + 1)‐dimensional Calogero–Bogoyavlenskii–Schiff equation is examined in this investigation. This equation plays an important role in accurately describing the thermodynamic properties of mixtures, particularly in chemical engineering applications.

Solitary wave solutions to Gardner equation using improved tan$ \left(\frac{\Omega(\Upsilon)}{2}\right) $-expansion method

open access: yesAIMS Mathematics, 2023
In this study, the improved tan$ \left(\frac{\Omega(\Upsilon)}{2}\right) $-expansion method is used to construct a variety of precise soliton and other solitary wave solutions of the Gardner equation.

Exploring the Chavy–Waddy–Kolokolnikov Model: Analytical Study via Recently Developed Techniques

open access: yesJournal of Mathematics, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
This work explores the analytical soliton solutions to the Chavy–Waddy–Kolokolnikov equation (CWKE), which is a well‐known equation in biology that shows how light‐attracted bacteria move together. This equation is very useful for analyzing pattern creation, instability regimes, and minor changes in linear situations since bacterial movement is very ...

Exploring the Diversity of Kink Solitons in (3+1)-Dimensional Wazwaz–Benjamin–Bona–Mahony Equation

open access: yesMathematics
The Wazwaz–Benjamin–Bona–Mahony (WBBM) equation is a well-known regularized long-wave model that examines the propagation kinematics of water waves. The current work employs an effective approach, called the Riccati Modified Extended Simple Equation ...

Comments on the RG‐Flow in Open String Field Theory

open access: yesFortschritte der Physik, Volume 73, Issue 12, December 2025.
Abstract We define a metric G$G$ on the KBc‐subalgebra modulo gauge and describe the worldsheet RG‐flow as the gradient flow of the action of cubic open string field theory, where the flow lines are kink‐solitons. In particular, for a constant tachyon the gradient flow equations are equivalent to the RG‐equations. Additionally, a more general family of

Stark Effect Tunable Terahertz Transitions in Finite Carbon Chains

open access: yesSmall Structures, Volume 6, Issue 12, December 2025.
Recent advances in the synthesis of linear carbon chains with alternating single and triple bonds have enabled the fabrication of ensembles of highly aligned gold‐cluster‐capped polyynes. These systems are theoretically predicted to emit tunable terahertz radiation when illuminated with visible light, with the emission frequency controlled by an ...

Stability analysis on dark solitons in quasi-1D Bose–Einstein condensate with three-body interactions

open access: yesScientific Reports, 2021
The stability properties of dark solitons in quasi-one-dimensional Bose–Einstein condensate (BEC) loaded in a Jacobian elliptic sine potential with three-body interactions are investigated theoretically.

Nonlocal Mechanical Metamaterials Enabling Soliton Mode Conversion

open access: yesSmall Structures, Volume 6, Issue 12, December 2025.
A mechanical metamaterial (MM) system with nonlocal interactions is presented, where elastic (nontopological) solitons encountering a boundary defect undergo mode conversion and generate backward‐propagating topological solitons. This finding reveals a new mechanism for soliton dynamics in nonlocal systems, offering insights into energy transport, wave

Large Supramolecular Patterns in Photoactive Chiral Liquid Crystals for Light‐Controllable Soft Micromechanical Systems

open access: yesSmall Structures, Volume 6, Issue 12, December 2025.
Revolving chiral patterns are induced by an ultraviolet light beam in frustrated films of photoactive chiral nematics. The uniformity and regularity of the rotation depend on the ratio of the pattern size to the diameter of the light spot. The rotation is interrupted when this ratio reaches about eight.
