Advanced Science, EarlyView.Dysregulated TCA cycle contributes to Alzheimer's disease (AD) pathogenesis. Here, we show that microglial isocitrate dehydrogenase 1 (IDH1) is a critical driver. Elevated IDH1 disrupts citrate metabolism and mitochondrial function, exacerbating AD pathology.

AGING MEDICINE, EarlyView.Australia cohort of THASSOS‐INTL; non‐interventional, multicenter, retrospective study provides insights into treatment patterns and associated survival outcomes in patients with resectable stage I‐III NSCLC in the pre‐immunotherapy era. There are significant differences between the life expectancies of Indigenous and non‐Indigenous peoples.
