Model‐Based Time‐Modulated Write Algorithm for 1R Analog Memristive Crossbar Arrays

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
A novel model‐based time‐modulated write algorithm efficiently programs analog 1R memristive crossbar arrays by varying pulse duration at a fixed voltage. By leveraging a physics‐based compact model and a dynamic gain mechanism, this approach overcomes device nonlinearities and parasitic effects.

Existence and classification of positive solutions for coupled purely critical Kirchhoff system

open access: yesBulletin of Mathematical Sciences
We study the nonlinear coupled Kirchhoff system with purely Sobolev critical exponent. By using appropriate transformation, we get one equivalent system involving a critical Schrödinger system and an algebraic system.

An Alternative Approach of Initial Stability Analysis of Kirchhoff Plates by the Boundary Element Method

open access: yesEngineering Transactions, 2014
An initial stability of Kirchhoff plates is analysed in the paper. Proposed approach avoids Kirchhoff forces at the plate corner and equivalent shear forces at a plate boundary. Two unknown variables are considered at the boundary element node.

Global bifurcation and nodal solutions for homogeneous Kirchhoff type equations

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Qualitative Theory of Differential Equations, 2020
In this paper, we shall study unilateral global bifurcation phenomenon for the following homogeneous Kirchhoff type problem \begin{equation*} \begin{cases} -\left(\int_0^1 \left\vert u'\right\vert^2\,dx\right)u''=\lambda u^3+h(x,u,\lambda)&\text{in}\,\, (

On necessary conditions for the Comparison Principle and the Sub and Supersolutions Method for the stationary Kirchhoff Equation

open access: yes, 2017
In this paper we propose a counterexample to the validity of the Comparison Principle and of the Sub and Supersolution Method for nonlocal problems like the stationary Kirchhoff Equation.

Scattering for a Quasilinear Hyperbolic Equation of Kirchhoff Type

open access: yesJournal of Differential Equations, 1998
The global solvability and the existence of the scattering operator for the quasilinear hyperbolic Kirchhoff type equation \[ {\partial^2 u\over \partial t^2}= m\bigl( \| \nabla u\|^2 \bigr)^2 \Delta u\quad \text{in} \quad \mathbb{R}^n_x \times \mathbb{R}_t \tag{1} \] \[ u(x,0) =\varphi_0 (x),\quad {\partial u\over \partial t} (x,0)= \psi_0 (x) \tag{2}

Toward Capacitive In‐Memory‐Computing: A Device to Systems Level Perspective on the Future of Artificial Intelligence Hardware

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Discovery, EarlyView.
Capacitive, charge‐domain compute‐in‐memory (CIM) stores weights as capacitance, eliminating DC sneak paths and IR‐drop, yielding near‐zero standbypower. In this perspective, we present a device to systems level performance analysis of most promising architectures and predict apathway for upscaling capacitive CIM for sustainable edge computing ...

Existence of solutions for fractional p-Kirchhoff type equations with a generalized Choquard nonlinearities

open access: yes, 2018
In this article, we establish the existence of solutions to the fractional $p-$Kirchhoff type equations with a generalized Choquard nonlinearities without assuming the Ambrosetti-Rabinowitz ...

A Unifying Approach to Self‐Organizing Systems Interacting via Conservation Laws

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Discovery, EarlyView.
The article develops a unified way to model and analyze self‐organizing systems whose interactions are constrained by conservation laws. It represents physical/biological/engineered networks as graphs and builds projection operators (from incidence/cycle structure) that enforce those constraints and decompose network variables into constrained versus ...
