Ordered arrays of magnetic nanowires are commonly synthesized by electrodeposition in nanoporous alumina templates. Due to their dense packing, strong magnetostatic interactions prevent the manipulation of wires individually.

Midshaft clavicle fractures treatment: threaded Kirschner wire versus conservative approach
Clavicle fractures are common, accounting for 2.6 to 10% of all fractures. Treatment of these fractures is usually non-surgical. Recent evidence, however, reveals that the final result of non-surgically midshaft clavicular fractures, particularly those ...

Graphical abstract of the comparative study between FNS and THA for Pauwels type III unstable femoral neck fractures in patients aged 60–70 years. The diagram outlines the study population, key perioperative outcomes (operation duration, blood loss), dynamic changes in hip function (Harris Hip Score) over 12 months of follow‐up, and personalized ...

This study is the first to describe the use of arthroscopic‐assisted uniportal spinal surgery (AUSS) with Kirschner‐wire anchoring in a cohort of 15 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy (CSR). Postoperatively, patients experienced significant pain relief and marked improvement in cervical function.

Femoral Neck Fracture With Anterior Tilt
In patients with OTA/AO type 31B femoral neck fractures, anterior tilt fractures were more common among females and those with valgus malalignment. Although outcomes and complication rates did not differ significantly among fracture patterns, patients with displaced fractures had a higher risk of developing femoral neck necrosis.

Field-tunable stochasticity in the magnetization reversal of a cylindrical nanomagnet
The nature of magnetization reversal in an isolated cylindrical nanomagnet has been studied employing time-resolved magnetoresistance measurement. We find that the reversal mode is highly stochastic, occurring either by multimode or single-step switching.
