Rauga Kluyveromyces marxianus acetāta tolerance
Maģistra darba mērķis bija novērtēt rauga Kluyveromyces marxianus iespējamos šūnu adaptācijas mehānismus pret acetāta izraisīto stresu. Fermentācijās ar laktozi saturošu substrātu un pievienotu 40 mM acetātu šūnu kultūrai tika novērota paildzināta lag fāze, kuras laikā palielinājās šūnu populācijas rezistence pret acetātu.
