Centimeter‐Scale Self‐Assembling Tendon Organoids Drive Tissue Regeneration

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Centimeter‐scale tendon organoids are engineered by mimicking the extracellular matrix and optimizing chemical cues to guide tendon stem/progenitor cells. These large, self‐assembling constructs overcome conventional size limitations and exhibit enhanced tenogenic differentiation, extracellular matrix production, and mechanical resilience. Their tissue‐

Chinese Nian Gao Inspired Textured Janus Hydrogel for Body Signal Sensing and Human Machine Interaction

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An e‐skin with asymmetric adhesion and textured surface is fabricated. It features an adhesive base and a nonadhesive upper interface, which enables efficient real‐time monitoring of human signals and ensures stable acquisition and transmission of EEG/EMG to facilitate robotic arm manipulation.
