This study examines the impact of blend ratio and loop length on the dimensional and physical properties of single jersey fabrics made from recycled polyester and virgin cotton blends. Fabrics were produced using five different blend ratios (0:100, 33:67, 50:50, 67:33, and 100:0) and three loop lengths (2.7, 2.9, and 3.1 mm).
