Macdonald deformation of Vogel's universality and link hyperpolynomials
Vogel's universality implies a unified description of the adjoint sector of representation theory for simple Lie algebras in terms of three parameters α,β,γ, which are homogeneous coordinates of Vogel's plane. Actually this is true (if at all) only for a

The microfiber knot-type ring resonator is widely used in sensing, and the resonant mode is an essential concern. In this paper, resonant mode characteristics of microfiber knot-type ring resonator are studied theoretically.

Subgroup separability, knot groups, and graph manifolds
This paper answers a question of Burns, Karrass and Solitar by giving examples of knot and link groups which are not subgroup-separable. For instance, it is shown that the fundamental group of the square knot complement is not subgroup separable.

Knot quandle decomposition along a torus [PDF]
We study the structure of the augmented fundamental quandle of a knot whose complement contains an incompressible torus. We obtain the relationship between the fundamental quandle of a satellite knot and the fundamental quandles/groups of its companion ...

Abstract This technical note describes using knotless femoral fixation for medial patellofemoral ligament reconstruction for skeletally immature patients. Using a knotless anchor for epiphyseal femoral fixation in the skeletally immature decreases the risk of irritable interference screw fixation and optimizes graft contact with host bone.

Universal Racah matrices and adjoint knot polynomials: Arborescent knots
By now it is well established that the quantum dimensions of descendants of the adjoint representation can be described in a universal form, independent of a particular family of simple Lie algebras.

Abstract In patients with recurrent anterior shoulder dislocation and glenoid bone loss between 10% and 20%, isolated Bankart repair remains associated with a certain rate of postoperative redislocation. The optimal management for this patient subset is controversial. We describe an all‐arthroscopic technique using allogeneic bone strips for free graft

Abstract Avulsion fractures of the tibial spines have the same mechanism as anterior cruciate ligament ruptures but occur more often in subjects with an immature skeleton or in osteoporotic subjects. Displacement of more than 2 mm generally requires fixation.

Vogel’s universality and the classification problem for Jacobi identities
This paper is a summary of discussions at the recent ITEP-JINR-YerPhI workshop on Vogel theory in Dubna. We consider relation between Vogel divisor(s) and the old Dynkin classification of simple Lie algebras.

Abstract Medial meniscus ramp lesions have historically been underdiagnosed and often overlooked during arthroscopic procedures. Increasing recognition of their prevalence and biomechanical importance, especially with anterior cruciate ligament injuries, has recently made these lesions a key focus in knee surgery and research.
