ZBTB18 Dysfunction Promotes Neuropathic Pain via CHD4‐based Epigenetic Disinhibition of CLIC1 Channels in Sensory Neurons

In this study, we identify a novel functional role of ZBTB18 in regulating trigeminal‐mediated neuropathic pain. Nerve injury reduces ZBTB18 in trigeminal ganglion neurons, impairing CHD4/NuRD recruitment and de‐repressing Clic1. Elevated CLIC1 enhances chloride channel activity and neuronal hyperexcitability, thereby driving pain.

Collagen‐Binding IL‐15 Immunocytokine Armed Oncolytic Adenovirus Establishes a Self‐Reinforcing Immunostimulatory Milieu to Potentiate Antitumor Immunity

Repurposing the dense tumor stroma from a physical barrier into an anchoring scaffold, an engineered oncolytic adenovirus encoding IL15C‐CBD overcomes the immunosuppressive microenvironment in triple‐negative breast cancer. Intratumoral viral replication secretes this collagen‐anchored immunocytokine, forming a localized cytokine depot.

SAT1‐Induced Spermidine Depletion Potentiates Food Allergy

Spermidine depletion, driven by upregulated spermidine/spermine N1‐acetyltransferase (SAT1), potentiates food allergy by promoting mast cell degranulation through autophagy suppression. SAT1 physically interacts with the long noncoding RNA Cdk19os to inhibit Atg5 and Atg7, disrupting autophagic flux.
