One female of Kogia breviceps (Blainv., 1838) in gestation is described (foetus 26 cm long) collected at Santos, José Menino beach, State of Sao Paulo, Brazil, on October 8, 1965. Measurements, notes on external features, anatomical details, lind parasites are given. The stomach was empty.
