In this study, prices of red meat between 1995-2003 years at Konya State Meat and Fish Organization (EBK) have been examined. Seasonal pluctuation of red meat price of Konya city have also been analysed. According to research, findings in the period discussed above, real red meat prices according to base year were decreased 18.12%.
