Influence of Mental Health on Smoking among Korean Adolescents : Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey 2016

본 연구는 우리나라 청소년의 정신건강 특성이 흡연에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위하여 수행되었다. 이를 위해 제 12차(2016년) 청소년건강행태온라인조사 원시자료에서 61,086명의 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, χ2-test, 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 정신건강 특성인 우울감 경험, 스트레스 인지, 주관적 수면충족이 흡연에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 그리고 개인적 특성인 성별과 가족적 특성인 주거형태가 흡연에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인으로 나타났다. 그러므로 청소년의 흡연예방교육을 진행할 때 정신건강과 개인적 · 가족적 특성을 고려한 예방프로그램 개발이
