Salt Water Drops Slide Faster: Ionic Modulation of Drop Friction

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Salt ions markedly accelerate water drops on conductive substrates coated with nanometer‐thin hydrophobic layers. Across diverse electrolytes and surfaces, higher ion concentration consistently lowers kinetic friction by reducing contact angle hysteresis.

A Universal Metal–Flavonoid Coating Strategy: Engineering Biomaterials for Diabetic Bone Regeneration

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Construction of metal–flavonoid functionalized coatings on conventional bone repair materials. A one‐pot method is used to directly construct multifunctional metal–flavonoid coatings on the surface of traditional bone repair materials by selecting metal ions with osteogenic/angiogenic properties and flavonoids with reactive oxygen species scavenging ...

Quasi‐Antipolar Nanoclusters Driven Superior Energy Storage in High‐Entropy Relaxor Ferroelectrics

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Quasi‐antipolar nanoclusters are engineered in lead‐free NaNbO3‐based high‐entropy relaxors that weaken polar nanoregion coupling and induce distinct ferroelectric transition under high fields to enable desirable polarization response. This breakthrough system achieves ultrahigh recoverable‐energy‐density (≈18.3 J cm−3), efficiency (≈91.5%), and ...

[The brief history of Korean traditional medicine (1899-1999)].

open access: yesUi sahak, 2002
Since Korea had opened her ports to foreign forces, the typically royal system of her traditional medicine started to turn its attention more to a modernized and folk-focused one. After the Kap-oh Reformation (1884) had ended in vain, under the spirit of the 'Eastern mind in Western frame' that gained influence during Kwang-moo Reformation (1896-1905),
