IoT‐Based Food Quality Monitoring System

open access: yesIET Wireless Sensor Systems, Volume 15, Issue 1, January/December 2025.
This paper proposes a model for real‐time monitoring of food quality prior to consumption. To this end, we have developed a system named ‘Edispotter’, an IoT‐based food quality monitoring solution. Utilising the capabilities of Raspberry Pi and ESP32, this system collects essential parameters from food products through various sensors.

Using Source Code Density to Improve the Accuracy of Automatic Commit Classification into Maintenance Activities

open access: yes, 2020
Source code is changed for a reason, e.g., to adapt, correct, or adapt it. This reason can provide valuable insight into the development process but is rarely explicitly documented when the change is committed to a source code repository.

Antitrust rules and remedies against platforms' treacherous turns

open access: yesEuropean Law Journal, Volume 30, Issue 4, Page 629-652, December 2024.

State‐of‐the‐practice in quality assurance in Java‐based open source software development

open access: yesSoftware: Practice and Experience, Volume 54, Issue 8, Page 1408-1446, August 2024.
Summary To ensure the quality of software systems, software engineers can make use of a variety of quality assurance approaches, for example, software testing, modern code review, automated static analysis, and build automation. Each of these quality assurance practices have been studied in depth in isolation, but there is a clear knowledge gap when it

Model‐based analysis and specification of functional requirements and tests for complex automotive systems

open access: yesSystems Engineering, Volume 27, Issue 4, Page 728-744, July 2024.
Abstract The specification of requirements and tests are crucial activities in automotive development projects. However, due to the increasing complexity of automotive systems, practitioners fail to specify requirements and tests for distributed and evolving systems with complex interactions when following traditional development processes.
