Diffuse infiltrative hepatocellular carcinoma or cirrhosis?

The case of a patient whose imaging tests indicated liver cirrhosis is presented. The detailed diagnostic reveals advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Alpha-fetoprotein and a blind liver biopsy was necessary.
