Generalized Enriched Contractions of Boyd–Wong and Geraghty Type in Banach Spaces

open access: yesJournal of Mathematics, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
This paper examines generalized enriched contractions of the Boyd–Wong and Geraghty types within Banach spaces, expanding the classical concept of enriched operators. We establish the existence and uniqueness of fixed points for these contractions and analyze the convergence of Mann‐type iterative schemes specifically designed for these mappings.

Dynamical Modelling and Optimal Control of Conjunctivitis Epidemic

open access: yesEngineering Reports, Volume 7, Issue 12, December 2025.
Conjunctivitis disease was modelled using a deterministic modelling approach, with the dynamics presented by the compartments in the flowchart. The results showed that intervention D is the best cost‐effectiveness policy. ABSTRACT In this study, we develop a mathematical model for conjunctivitis transmission dynamics.

Convergence of Damped Polarization Schemes for the FFT‐Based Computational Homogenization of Inelastic Media With Pores

open access: yesInternational Journal for Numerical Methods in Engineering, Volume 126, Issue 3, 15 February 2025.
ABSTRACT Porous microstructures represent a challenge for the convergence of FFT‐based computational homogenization methods. In this contribution, we show that the damped Eyre–Milton iteration is linearly convergent for a class of nonlinear composites with a regular set of pores, provided the damping factor is chosen between zero and unity.

Existence and Uniqueness Results for the Coupled Pantograph System With Caputo Fractional Operator and Hadamard Integral

open access: yesInternational Journal of Differential Equations, Volume 2025, Issue 1, 2025.
The main objective of this research involves studying a new novel coupled pantograph system with fractional operators together with nonlocal antiperiodic integral boundary conditions. The system consists of nonlinear pantograph fractional equations which integrate with Caputo fractional operators and Hadamard integrals.

An Approach to Solve Fuzzy Fractional Darboux Problems Under the Caputo Derivative

open access: yesInternational Journal of Differential Equations, Volume 2025, Issue 1, 2025.
This paper investigates the Fuzzy Adomian Decomposition Method to find approximate analytical solutions for linear and nonlinear fuzzy Darboux problems using the Caputo‐type mixed fractional derivative, which plays an important role in applied and engineering sciences. The solutions are formulated as series with easily calculable terms.

Solvability of Implicit Fractional Systems With Nonlocal Conditions in Weighted Functional Spaces

open access: yesInternational Journal of Differential Equations, Volume 2025, Issue 1, 2025.
This paper investigates the existence and uniqueness of solutions for a class of nonlinear implicit Riemann–Liouville fractional integro‐differential equations subject to nonlocal conditions in a weighted Banach space. The inclusion of both implicit effects and nonlocal terms introduces additional complexity, making the analysis both challenging and ...

Existence and Stability Results for a Modified Diffusion Equation Involving Atangana–Baleanu–Caputo Fractional Derivative

open access: yesJournal of Applied Mathematics, Volume 2025, Issue 1, 2025.
This article shows another display of the modified diffusion equation of fractional order involving Atangana–Baleanu–Caputo fractional derivative. The manuscript contains three major cases: the existence of a solution, uniqueness of the solution, and Hyers–Ulam stability, which are discussed based on valid theorems in nonlinear analysis.

Multiplicity and Uniqueness of Solution for a Class of Asymptotically Linear Fractional Differential Equation With Nonlocal Conditions

open access: yesJournal of Function Spaces, Volume 2025, Issue 1, 2025.
In this paper, we study a class of asymptotically linear fractional nonlocal boundary value problems depending on the fractional derivative of lower order; the nonlinear term may be sign‐changing. By using the theory of fixed point index for asymptotically linear operators and the Banach contraction mapping principle, the multiplicity and uniqueness of

Investigating Nonlinear Activation Mechanism Through Fixed‐Circle Theorems of Enriched Multivalued Bilateral‐Type Contractions

open access: yesJournal of Function Spaces, Volume 2025, Issue 1, 2025.
In this article, we present new results addressing the fixed‐circle and fixed‐disc problems through modification of the multivalued bilateral Jaggi‐type and Dass–Gupta‐type contractions. Furthermore, we demonstrate the application of these theorems to the nonlinear activation mechanism used in neural networks.

Mathematical Modeling and Cost‐Effectiveness Analysis of an SeEeIeRe Typhoid Fever Model

open access: yesJournal of Mathematics, Volume 2025, Issue 1, 2025.
The complications induced by typhoid fever in the host are a significant concern for public health, with most countries in Sub‐Saharan Africa, Asia, and North America grappling with their worst typhoid cases and deaths owing to poor sanitation problems. We examined a nonlinear mathematical model for typhoid fever disease.
