Adhesive Applications of Kraton* Polymers

Block polymers based on the monomers styrene, butadiene and isoprene are described, which exhibit high strength and elastomeric properties without vulcanization. The solubility and thermoplasticity of these polymers lead to their use in adhesives. Solvents, resins, and anti-oxidants suitable for use with these polymers are discussed and examples given

Evaluation of a Polymer Asphalt Additive -- Kraton

This report documents the use of two types of asphaltic concrete mixture designs. Both the control mixture and a Kraton rubber mixture were placed on sections of the Hazard Bypass, in Hazard, Kentucky. The location of the project is shown in Figure 1.
