Comparison of Actigraphy and Polysomnography in a Sleep Centre Cohort
Journal of Sleep Research, EarlyView.MotionWatch 8 actigraphy correlated most strongly with PSG for total sleep time and showed modest group‐level bias, but wide individual limits of agreement precluded interchangeability. PLMS modified actigraphy‐PSG differences, while recording setting influenced actigraphy‐derived sleep continuity across home and inpatient recordings.

Journal of Sleep Research, EarlyView.ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to compare extreme circadian preferences by analysing motor activity rhythms in a naturalistic environment. Overall, 84 participants (64 females, 20 males) (42 evening types and 42 morning types), with a mean age of 23.3 years (standard deviation = 4.2), were selected for this study.
