Strategic Timing of Gene Silencing: Cellular Kinetics‐Based Administration of siRNA for Optimized Photothermal Cancer Treatment

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Coordinating therapy with gene expression kinetics emerges as a key strategy for maximizing nanomedicine efficacy in aggressive cancers. A hybrid nanocarrier delivering HSP70‐targeting siRNA demonstrates this chronotherapeutic principle through systematic cellular profiling.

Aloe‐Emodin Targeting FOXC2 Disrupts NETs Formation and EMT‐Driven Postoperative Peritoneal Adhesion Through TGF‐β1‐Smad2/3 Pathway

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Forkhead box protein C2 (FOXC2) is highlighted as a pivotal effector in postoperative peritoneal adhesion (PPA) formation. Mechanically, FOXC2 mediates NETs‐induced EMT alterations through the TGF‐β1‐Smad2/3 pathway. Aloe‐emodin (AE) ameliorates FOXC2‐driven fibrosis by blocking NETs formation and EMT changes through this pathway.

Electric‐Field Control of Low Damping Constant in Epitaxial Co2FeSi/LiNbO3 Multiferroic Heterostructures

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The development of multiferroic heterostructures with a half‐metallic property is one of the key technologies for electric‐field operatable magnonic devices. In this study, Co2FeSi/LiNbO3 multiferroic heterostructures with a low damping constant are experimentally developed and an electric‐field modulation of its magnetization dynamics is demonstrated.

CDK4/6 Inhibition Induces CD8+ T Cell Antitumor Immunity via MIF‐Induced Functional Orchestration of Tumor‐Associated Macrophages

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
CDK4/6 inhibition promotes CD8+ T cell expansion through tumor‐macrophage crosstalk by activating HIF‐1α and enhancing MIF‐CD44/CD74 signaling. This reprograms TAMs to boost MHC‐I antigen presentation, and CDK4/6 inhibitor‐trained M1 TAM supernatant therapy synergizes with low‐dose PD‐1 blockade to restore antitumor immunity.
