Acute Mesenteric Ischemia Secondary to Protein C Deficiency: A Case Report

ABSTRACT A 43‐year‐old hypertensive male presented with severe abdominal pain, nausea, and constipation due to Protein C deficiency with lupus anticoagulant. CT angiography revealed thrombotic occlusion of mesenteric arteries with collateral circulation.

Large Undifferentiated Sarcoma of the Liver: A Rare Case Report and Literature Review

ABSTRACT Undifferentiated embryonal sarcoma of the liver (UESL) is a rare pediatric malignancy requiring prompt histopathological diagnosis. Neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by extended right hepatectomy can achieve complete tumor necrosis with negative margins. A multidisciplinary approach is essential for favorable outcomes in pediatric UESL.
