We present a chromosome‐level genome assembly of Siraitia grosvenorii and, through comparative genomics, uncover a conserved UGT73 tandem array driving triterpenoid saponin diversification in Cucurbitaceae. Crystalized SgUGT73AM30 further reveals the regioselectivity mechanism underlying its catalytic activity.

A fully synthetic four‐component vaccine has been developed combining Tn antigen, vizantin (Mincle agonist), rhamnose (antibody recruitment), and mannose (CD206 targeting). By synergistically activating Mincle, FcγR, and CD206 pathways, it elicits strong IgG switching and cytotoxic T‐cells, significantly inhibiting tumors in mice.

A practical synthesis of (+)-muscarine from L-rhamnose
A practical seven-step synthesis of muscarine tosylate {[(2S,4R,5S)-4-hydroxy-5-methyltetrahydrofuran-2-ylmethyl](trimethyl)ammonium tosylate} from L-rhamnose is described, which does not require the use of any protecting group.
