The comparison of L11 and L22-norm minimization methods
2020L2-norm, also known as the least squares method was widely used in the adjustment calculus. The weaknesses of the least squares method were the effect of gross measurements error on the solution and the disturbance and absorbance of gross error on the solution. L1-norm, also known as the least absolute values method, was affected by almost none or very

[Purification and properties of endoglucanases from Aspergillus aculeatus SM-L22].
Wei sheng wu xue bao = Acta microbiologica Sinica, 2009The five endoglucanases(CMCase) components from Aspergillus aculeatus SM-L22 were separated and purified by exclusion chromatography and ion-exchange chromatography. Five components(EG II-1, EG II-2, EG III-1, EG III-2 and EG IV) had molecular weights of 38.7, 34.4, 31.4, 36.9 and 23.7 kD by SDS-PAGE, respectively, and IEF showed their pI were pH < 3.5,

Abstract 1353: Inactivation of ribosomal protein L22 promotes transformation by induction of Lin28B
Cancer Research, 2012Abstract The molecular basis by which mutations in some ribosomal proteins (RP) predispose to development of hematologic malignancies remains unclear. We show here that germline inactivation of the ribosomal protein L22 (Rpl22), which selectively blocks T cell development, also predisposes T lineage progenitors to transformation. Indeed,

Acta Crystallographica Section D Biological Crystallography, 2001
A mutant form of Thermus thermophilus ribosomal protein L22 responsible for erythromycin resistance has been overexpressed in Escherichia coli, purified to homogeneity and crystallized using the hanging-drop vapour-diffusion technique. While several different crystallization conditions were found, only one set of conditions yielded crystals suitable ...

ROLE OF RIBOSOMAL PROTEINS L4 AND L22 IN RIBOSOME ASSEMBLY, STRUCTURE, AND FUNCTION.
2010L4 and L22, proteins of the large ribosomal subunit, contain globular surface domains and elongated “tentacles” that reach into the core of the large subunit to form part of the lining of the peptide exit tunnel. Mutations in the L4 and L22 tentacles confer macrolide resistance to a variety of bacteria.
