Angiotensin Receptor Blocker is Associated with a Lower Fracture Risk: An Updated Systematic Review and Meta‐Analysis

open access: yesInternational Journal of Clinical Practice, Volume 2022, Issue 1, 2022., 2022
Background. Angiotensin‐converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEIs) and angiotensin receptor blockers (ARBs) are widely used in the treatment of hypertension. Hypertension is often accompanied by osteoporosis. However, the relationship between ACEI/ARB and fractures remains controversial.

Fault Tolerant Mobile Sensor Node Traversal Schemes Based on Hexagonal Coverage

open access: yesThe Scientific World Journal, Volume 2014, Issue 1, 2014., 2014
Mobile sensor nodes (MSNs) are equipped with locomotive can move around after having been deployed. They are equipped with limited energy. A large portion of energy is drained during the traversal. In order to extend the life time of a MSN, the traveling distance must be minimized.

Determination of 60 Food‐Borne Stimulant Drug Residues in Animal‐Derived Foods by Solid‐Phase Extraction Purification and Ultra‐High‐Performance Liquid Chromatography‐Quadrupole/Orbitrap High‐Resolution Mass Spectrometry

open access: yesJournal of Food Quality, Volume 2024, Issue 1, 2024.
A method for the rapid screening and confirmation of 60 food‐borne stimulants in animal‐derived foods was developed using the ultra‐high‐performance liquid chromatography‐quadrupole/orbitrap high‐resolution mass spectrometry (UPLC‐Q/Orbitrap HRMS). After enzymatic hydrolysis at 37°C for 16 h, the samples were extracted with acetonitrile solution.
