The dry and wet periods affecting the Claromecó Creek Basin in the south of the Province of Buenos Aires were analysed applying Palmer’s Model. Palmer’s Drought Severity Index was calculated regionally for five towns for the 1904-1999 period.

Objective Complement component 4 (C4), encoded by C4A and C4B within the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) on chromosome 6, regulates the immune response and clears immune complexes. The variable copy number (CN) of C4 genes and retroviral human endogenous retrovirus K (HERV‐K) element influence its function.

Objective Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a multi‐organ disease with widespread immune dysregulation and significant unmet clinical need.
