A highly selective two-point separation strategy was designed based on a cross-like all-in-one lab-on-paper analytical device. The stable and cleavable enzyme-coated reduced graphene oxide (rGO)-PdAu probe was fabricated as the signal reporter to enable the visualization and electrochemiluminescence (ECL) dual-mode sensing of Pb2+.

Lab-on-paper for molecular testing with USB-powered isothermal amplification and fluidic control
Microchimica ActaThe global healthcare market increasingly demands affordable molecular diagnostics for field testing. To address this need, we introduce a lab-on-paper (LOP) platform that integrates isothermal amplification with a specially designed paper strip for molecular testing through an automated microfluidics process.

Electrochemical detection of ferulic acid by lab-on-paper
In this work, lab-on-paper coupled with sensitive electrochemical and simple colorimetric detection was developed to simultaneously determine ferulic acid and total antioxidant capacity. Photolithography was used to create the hydrophilic channels on filter paper.openaire +1 more source
Method development for determination of ferulic acid by lab-on-paper
In this research, the method to determine ferulic acid using lab-on-paper coupled with the colorimetric detection was developed. The colorimetric reaction between ferulic acid, folin phenol reagent, and sodium carbonate solution provided the blue color. The intensity of the color depended on the concentration of ferulic acid.openaire +1 more source
