A Novel nor@DHB Matrix for Direct Microbial Analysis in Lung Cancer Tissues

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Integrated matrix‐assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry workflow quantifies intratumoral microbes in lung cancer through lipopolysaccharide/lipid A extraction from biopsies. The novel ionic matrix called norharmane conjugated to 2,5‐dihydroxybenzoic acid enhances lipid A ionization, enabling direct detection of bacterial genera ...

Exploring the Correlation Between Interatomic Bonding and Corrosion Resistance of Metallic Alloys via Combinatorial Method

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
1874 alloys from 8 alloy systems are prepared and characterized using a combinatorial approach. Analyses into the data indicate that corrosion resistance of an alloy is strongly correlated with metal–metal bond strength (εM–M) and metal–oxygen bond strength (εM–O).

In Situ Electrically Resettable Field‐Effect Transistor Biosensors for Continuous and Multiplexed Neurotransmitter Detection

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The research team integrated a potentiometrically controlled pH electrode with carbon nanotube (CNT) field‐effect transistor (FET) biosensors on a single chip using compatible processes. By employing zonal modification and optimized pH‐sensitive probes, they achieved simultaneous quadruple‐target detection and tenfold reusability under physiological ...
