Minimum Wage, Labor Equilibrium, and the Productivity Horizon: A Visual Examination [PDF]
In this paper, I present a visual representation of the relationship between mean hourly total compensation divided by per-capita GDP, hours worked per capita, and the labor share, and show the represented labor equilibrium equation is the definition of the labor share. I also present visual examination of the productivity horizon and wage compression,

Predicting 2D Crystal Packing in Thin Films of Small Molecule Organic Materials
A computational method is proposed for predicting the 2D molecular packing in crystalline thin films of flexible organic molecules. The approach employs a grid search for molecular arrangements, achieving accurate predictions of 2D packing motifs with strongly reduced computational costs.

Highlighting the importance of anode microstructure for alkaline OER, ultrasonic spray coating is applied at two different temperatures. This proof‐of‐concept approach yielded varied morphologies, structures, wettability and mechanical strength. These variations led to noticeable performance changes in activity after 8 h of measurements, comparing the ...

This study examines the surface characteristics of AlInP (001), crucial for advanced solar cells and photoelectrochemical devices. Using theoretical modeling and experiments, it identifies how phosphorus‐rich and indium‐rich surfaces create mid‐gap states that pin the Fermi level and influence ultrafast electron dynamics.
