An advanced microneedle patch integrating niobium carbide nanosheets and curcumin is engineered for diabetic wound healing. The system enables dual ROS scavenging and NIR‐enhanced antimicrobial activity, effectively rebalancing the oxidative microenvironment, promoting macrophage repolarization and angiogenesis, and accelerating full‐thickness wound ...

Collective Labor Supply of Native Dutch and Immigrant Households in the Netherlands [PDF]
We estimate a collective time allocation model, where Dutch, Surinamese/Antillean and Turkish households behave as if both spouses maximize a household utility function.

A growth model of weight preferences, food consumption and public policy [PDF]
Copyright @ 2013 Brunel University. In this paper we unify existing theories and empirical evidence on the origins of obesity and examine the e¤ects of scal policy on the dynamic evolution of weight. We build a dynamic general equilibrium growth model,

A single object with dual properties – degradable and non‐degradable – is fabricated in a single print simply by switching the printing colors. The advanced multi‐material printing is enabled by the combination of a fully wavelength‐orthogonal photoresin and a monochromatic tunable laser printer, paving the way for precise multi‐material ...

Artificial Symbiosis for Bulk Production of Bacterial Cellulose Composites
Co‐cultivation of the cellulose‐producing bacterium with the microalga enables bulk formation of bacterial cellulose under static incubation, with photosynthetically active oxygen‐generating sites throughout the medium. This symbiotic platform supports 3D cellulosic constructs with geometries dictated by the vessel shape.

The Impact of Labor Constraints on the Farm Performance [PDF]
Stricter immigration policies that affect an estimated 12 million unauthorized immigrants, 40% of whom are hired as farm workers, can potentially leave the highly labor-dependent organic farms more economically vulnerable.
